Yes! Every one of our products comes with a lifetime warranty against defects. Our apparel is constructed of high quality materials and is made to withstand the punishment of an active lifestyle. Look after it and we're confident that it'll look after you, but in the event of any manufacturing or quality issues, you can be assured of a prompt replacement - making you happy makes us happy!
And free shipping?
That's right! We currently offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post satchels (tracked). You can get express post for an additional $10 (flat rate) anywhere in the country by selecting the 'express' option at the checkout.
International orders will incur a flat-rate $10 (AUD) shipping fee, added at the checkout.
Where do you source your products?
We don't. All of our products are designed right here in Brisbane, Australia. We personally test samples of every product and we don't sell them until we're happy with them. All orders are shipped from right here at Sapient HQ!
How can I tell if the item will fit me?
Please see our sizing instructions for info on finding your size. If you need any help, just get in touch and we'll be happy to assist. We also have size charts on each product's page.
What if I need to return my item?
If you're not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us (in original condition and packaging) for a full refund. We will process your refund payment on receipt of the item. Please see below for more information on your particular situation.
What if my item is faulty?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fault (including a picture if possible) and let us know whether you'd like us to process a refund or exchange, and post the item back to us. You can email us a copy of the postage receipt and we'll add return postage onto your refund!
I have changed my mind / the item doesn't fit:
No problem, you can still exchange or refund your item within 30 days of receipt. Just email us letting us know you've changed your mind and post the item back to us in unused condition and original packaging. Once we've received the item, we'll process your refund for the full price of the item, or exchange for your preferred item depending on your preference.
For apparel items that don't fit, we are happy to exchange for the correct size - please contact us at support before returning your item.
